Once i read this book "Cashflow Quadrant" by Robert T Kiyoasaki..
I get alot of information about Cashflow of Our Money. This book tells about how to build an asset for our life.
I get to know more about asset and liability.
A house can be asset or liability, it depends whether it make money for us or it eat our money.
So, what is the difference about asset and Liability?
Robert says:
if we dont work, Asset will feed us money. Liability will eat our money.
